His full name is Jón Jósep Snæbjörnsson, which is good to know as another Jónsi, the singer of Sigur Rós, is also a famous singer in Iceland. This Jónsi, however, played in a band called Í svörtum fötum. The band was active since 1999.  In September 2001, the band secured a contract for four albums with Skifan Records and immediately began laying the groundwork for their sophomore album. Known for their dynamic stage presence and rigorous touring schedules, the band dedicated the summer of 2002 to completing their second album, Í svörtum fötum. The album not only went gold but also received favorable reviews. In 2003, they continued to build on their growing fame and improve their songcraft, achieving even more acclaim with their third album, Tengsl. That same year, Jónsi earned a nomination for Vocalist of the Year at the Icelandic Music Awards, thanks to his standout performance. He has also consistently won accolades such as Male Vocalist of the Year and Best Live Performer in popular radio station polls. Beyond his work with the band, Jónsi has collaborated with some of Iceland’s most prominent musicians. Jónsi returned to the Eurovision stage in 2012, teaming up with singer Greta Salóme for the song “Never Forget.” The duo succeeded in reaching 8th place in the first semi-final, ultimately landing in 20th place in the final round held in Baku, Azerbaijan. After the Eurovision Song Contest Jónsi concentrated on other things: he got a degree in Psychology and a master in human resources. During his time there, he was a soloist in the studio Double V, winning the television contest for young pop artists, Zornaya Rostan-96. In 1998, he joined the Belarusian State Academy of Music, where he studied academic singing in the vocal-choral department. From August 2003 to June 2004, he was a member of the ensemble Pesnyary. In 2004, Elfimov won the Grand Prix at the International Pop Song Performers Contest “Vitebsk-2004,” part of the “Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk” festival. He graduated with a master’s degree from the Belarusian State Academy of Music in 2009. At his return to Brussels in August 2020, Patrick started offering guitar lessons. In 2021, Crystal & Runnin’ Wild made a comeback. He also started performing again with Mike Fanton & The Bop-A-Tones. In 2022, Patrick also joined another band: The Floridas. They gave a few performers. In 2023, he joined The Scoundrells. The band was supposed to be a new version of Patrick’s old group The Dominos. One of the members is Jules Sautier, Patrick’s son! Sasha Song’s musical journey began at the tender age of 10 when he gained national fame in Lithuania with the song “Mamai,” composed by Ovidijus Vyšniauskas and Gintaras Zdebskis. His early success was marked by winning the “Bravo” award and releasing his debut album “Svajonių Laivas.” At 15, Sasha moved to Great Britain with his father. Although his father left after a year, he remained in the UK for nine years, studying music in a London college. In 2005, he returned to Lithuania with his musical partner, Hywel Sam, and won the Grand Prix at the Palanga 2005 international contest. In 2008, he re-emerged on the Lithuanian music scene under the stage name Sasha Son. In October, the song “Niekada, niekada” reached the top-10. As a duet with Evelina Sašenko the song “Aš lauksiu” won the competition Dainų daina in May 2015. It was three months later that his song “Tu mano mintyse” reached the #1 spot in the Lithuanian charts. “Žodis Myliu” entered the charts at no. 2 in February 2016, followed in May by “Lyja”. Besides, he teamed up with the Dutch producer Jumé for the song “I just wanna see you move”. There was also a jubilee show, “Dima Šavrovas po 20metų”. Many Lithuanian stars joined in to support Sasha. The show should have taken place in September, but was postponed due to voice problems for Sasha. In December, the show could take place. In November 2016, he released a new album: “XX”. In 2017, he did a new attempt to go to the Eurovision Song Contest; this time with the song “Never felt like this before”. The song reached the wildcard round but not the final. In February of that year, he also tributed for the late George Michael. In 2018, he teamed up with Emeth Paul for the Christmas song “Kalėdos”. He was born in Ohrid, SR Macedonia, SFR Yugoslavia. Gjoko Taneski began his musical journey in Kavadarci, where he formed his first band during his high school days, performing on the local scene. Gjoko Taneski made his debut on the music scene in 1996 at one of the biggest and most popular festivals in North Macedonia, Makfest, where he performed the song “Odi Ne Go Mami Srceto”. Following his initial public appearance at Makfest ’96, Taneski’s talent was widely recognized, leading to several collaborations with composers and songwriters that helped launch his career.  Gjoko released his first album “Zbogum Najmila” in 2007. A second album, „Nikogaš dosta“, was released in 2009. A year later, Gjoko represented North Macedonia in the Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Jas ja imama silata”. Unfortunately, he didn’t reach the final. Two new songs came out in 2015: “Ako ljubov e….” and “Krajot e samo zbor”. The song and video of “Kako negas” were released in 2016. Ohrid was the place were he performed on a weekly basis in 2016 and 2017. Gjoko scored a hit with “Nemam nitu son” in 2018. He also performed with the Bitolskiot Kamen Orkestar. In 2019 he released a new single and video: “Toj što vo srce te nosi” (2019), followed by “Edna ljubov imam”. In the same year, he took part in a Numb Pink Floyd tribute. In 2020 he released “Den po den”. In 2021, just like in 1996, Gjoko took part in Makfest.
