Before her appearance on Operación Triunfo, she had minor roles in series such as Ana y los siete on TVE, Hospital Central, and Robles, investigador, and she did various TV commercials. In 2005, she competed in the fourth edition of Operación Triunfo. She was eliminated in the final stages of the program after being nominated only once, becoming the sixth finalist. After her time on OT, she signed with the record label Sony Music. In 2006, she released her first album titled Edurne. It reached number 3 on the Spanish sales charts in its first week. The first single, “Despierta,” debuted at number 5 on the physical singles sales charts in Spain. In the summer of the same year, the song “Amores dormidos,” composed by one of the members of La Oreja de Van Gogh, was released as the second single.  She had a cameo appearance in the Disney Channel series Cambio de clase, playing a music teacher. She also recorded the theme song for the tv-series Yo soy Bea titled “Te falta veneno,” and released a reissue of her first album that included this song as well as two exclusive remixes of her first single, “Despierta.”  From January to June 2007, she hosted the show CMTop. On June 19, she released “Ilusión”, her second album, with the song “Ven por mí” as the first single. The album debuted at number 13 on the sales chart in Spain with limited promotion. In November, “Fue para los dos” was released as the second single from the album. In October of the same year, she presented the show Baila con Edurne on Nickelodeon. She starred in Grease, the musical of your life as Sandy in 2017. Initially, she was only supposed to be in the musical for one season, but due to its success, she renewed her contract and participated in the tour that took her to various cities in Spain such as Palma de Mallorca, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and Bilbao. In January 2008, she recorded another program for Nickelodeon called Edurne y sus bichos. In April, she received an award at the Garamond National Music Awards.On May 17, 2009, Edurne finished her time in the musical Grease. “Première” was released on June 4, 2008. It is an album of versions of songs from the most famous musicals. The first single was “Un poco de amor,” a version of Queen’s “Somebody to Love” from the musical We Will Rock You. It also included songs from musicals such as Mamma Mia!, Hoy no me puedo levantar, and Hair, among others. The music video for “Un poco de amor” was filmed in New York. It debuted at number 39 on the Promusicae chart and remained on the chart for two weeks. The second single from this third album was “Sigo enamorada de ti,” a version of the song “Hopelessly Devoted to You” from the musical Grease. The music video was also filmed in New York. In October, “Tú serás para mí” was confirmed as the third single. The music video was filmed at the Nuevo Teatro Alcalá in Madrid, with all the actors from the musical Grease. On May 17, 2009, Edurne left the musical Grease. Edurne went to the English cities of Liverpool, Manchester, and London, as well as Dublin, Ireland, to take English, singing, dancing, and composition classes, among others, and to prepare her fourth studio album. During her stay in London, she recorded some songs. In October, she returned to Spain to continue working on the album, which was finished on February 14, 2010. In early that year, she participated in the eighth edition of ¡Más que baile!, where she finished as the second runner-up and received the jury’s award. Her fourth studio album, titled Nueva piel, was released on March 23. The first single, “Soy como soy,” is an electropop song produced by Óscar Clavel and recorded at Red Led Studios in Madrid. The 2nd single was “Oigo mi corazón.”  In 2011, she returned to Grease, with a new cast and script. In 2012, Edurne focused on her return to the new production of Grease and her tour, which extended until 2013. She also collaborated on music projects, including a collaboration with DJ Brian Cross on the song “More Than a Lover,” which was used in advertising campaigns. From October 2013 to March 2014, Edurne participated in the third season of Tu cara me suena, where she won. After winning, she appeared as a guest in the Portuguese adaptation of the format, A Tua Cara não me é Estranha. On May 17, a 14-second preview of the first single from the album, “Pretty Boy,” was released. The song was entirely in English. The album, titled “Climax”, was released on September 24, 2013.  On March 31, 2014, the music video for the second official single from Climax, “Painkiller,” was released.From June 23 to December 30, 2014, Edurne co-hosted the program Todo va bien. On January 14, 2015, after an internal selection process, TVE announced that Edurne would represent Spain at the 60th Eurovision Song Contes. She finished in 21st place. Her song was titled “Amanecer”. Edurne won the Shiri Maimon Award 2015 for the best-dressed participant at the contest. After her participation in Eurovision, she released the English version of “Amanecer” titled “Break of Day”. Monika grew up in Łódź. She obtained a master’s degree in art, specializing in music therapy, from the Music Academy. During her school years, she sang in a children’s group. While in high school, she was involved in the school choir and theater and participated in recitation competitions. She started her professional career as a vocalist in the band Farenheit. They recorded two singles together: “Film” and “Sens istnienia,” with which they unsuccessfully attempted to participate in the “Debiuty” concert at the Polish Song Festival in Opole. At the end of 2000, Monika became the vocalist of the band Varius Manx, a band that was already active and famous since 1989. In 2001, they released their first jointly recorded studio album called “Eta,” which was promoted with the singles “Maj” and “Jestem Twoją Afryką.” The song “Maj” competed unsuccessfully to participate in the “Premiery” concert at the 38th Polish Song Festival in Opole. Kuszyńska’s joining the band led to her being styled as a new symbol of sex appeal. She posed twice in a nude photo session for “Maxim” magazine. In July 2002, they won the first prize at the Baltic Song Contest in Karlshamn with the song “Moje Eldorado.” They promoted their second album, “Eno,” released on September 21, 2002, which also featured the singles “Jest w nim” and “Znów być kochaną.” In January 2003, they participated with the song “Sonny” in the national selection for the 48th Eurovision Song Contest. They promoted the album “Emi,” released in 2004, which included Kuszyńska’s first songs with her own lyrics. The other singles from the album were “Pamiętaj mnie” and “Stay in My Heart,” which they recorded with rapper Red. In May, they performed a recital to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Varius Manx at the 41st Polish Song Festival in Opole. On May 28, 2006, while returning from a concert in Milicz, Kuszyńska was seriously injured in a car accident, resulting in a spinal cord injury. Since then, she has been paralyzed from the waist down and uses a wheelchair. On July 16, 2006, a charity concert was held during the TOPtrendy 2006 festival in Sopot to support the injured members of the band. In 2009, Monika Kuszyńska returned to the music scene at the invitation of Beata Bednarz, who suggested she write lyrics and record vocals for the song “Nowa rodzę się,” which appeared on Bednarz’s album “Pasja miłości.” In 2010, she made her first public appearance on television since the accident, performing the song on the program “Dzień dobry TVN.” In June 2010, she gave her first concert after the accident at the European Film Festival Integracja Ty i Ja in Koszalin. In 2012, she was the choir captain from Łódź in the second season of the TVP2 program Bitwa na głosy. On June 12 of that year she released her first solo studio album titled “Ocalona.”  In 2014, she was awarded the Ona to Skarb award, participated in a social campaign and became an ambassador for the Wings for Life World Run races, the photographic-social project “440 kilometrów po zmianę,” the “Równe Szanse” program, and the T-Mobile campaign “Pomoc mierzona kilometrami.” In March 2015 she was announced as Poland’s representative in the 60th Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna. She co-wrote the contest song “In the Name of Love” She performed at promotional events such as Eurovision Pre-Party Riga 2015 in Riga and Eurovision in Concert in Amsterdam. During a press conference in Kraków organized by the Austrian broadcaster Österreichischer Rundfunk, she recorded the Polish version of the song, titled “Obudź się i żyj.” She qualified for the final at the Eurovision Song Contest.. In the final, she received 10 points and finished 23rd out of 27 finalists. On November 13, her recording of the song “Linia życia” was included on the album “Kobiety” by the band Pectus. On November 4, 2015, her autobiographical book titled “Drugie życie,” was published. In May 2016 she appeared in Bartek Grzanek’s song “Czort.” On June 1, 2017, she released the song “To taka miłość,” dedicated to her son. On June 15, 2019, she performed the song “Nie ma rady na miłość” at the “Premier” concert during the 56th Polish Song Festival in Opole. The song was a preview of her second solo studio album, which was supposed to be released on her 40th birthday but was never released. In 2019, she was featured in the Super Polsat program “Linia życia. After two years at the University of Ioannina, she decided to return to Cyprus and pursued her studies at the University of Cyprus. After graduating, she established her own tutorial center. She has been a participant in festivals and events such as Belgrade Beer Fest, Runjiceve Veceri in Split, Foam Fest in Belgrade, Cantat Talents in Novi Sad, Open Heart Street in Belgrade… Since 2011, she has been a guest performer in children’s performances at the Belgrade Theater Bosko Buha. On June 13, Bojana held her first solo concert at the Sava Center in Belgrade, and after that, she began working on her first album, which will be entirely in English. In 2016, Bojana took part in Dečje beogradsko proleće for the first time, with the song “Nezgoda”. A year later she took part again, this time with the song “Ako voliš snažno”. In 2018 she sang “Ljubav je štetna”, while in 2019 she brought the song “Plan za letovanje”. In 2021 she performed “Ako voliš snažno / Plan za letovanje”.  Currently, Bojana Stamenov performs with the Bojana Stamenov Band. Of Italian origin on her father’s side, Lisa Angell participated in several radio contests during the Nice Carnival from the age of eleven to fourteen. She emerged as the winner for four consecutive years. At fifteen, she began classical vocal training at the Conservatoire de Nice, but she quickly stopped. Despite discontinuing her classical training, Lisa Angell pursued singing and worked as a pianist-singer in piano bars on the French Riviera. In 2001, she moved to Paris, where she met Didier Barbelivien. He wrote the song “Des années après” for her, but the experience was not successful, and Lisa Angell returned to the French Riviera. In 2009, Dani Lary invited her to participate in his show Le Château des secrets, which led to her meeting Patrick Sébastien on the set of “Le Plus Grand Cabaret du monde.” Patrick Sébastien offered her the opportunity to sing in “Les années bonheur,” produced her, and wrote songs for her first album, “Les Divines,” released in 2011 by Polydor. The album reached number 31 in France and number 86 in Belgium. Her second album, “Des mots…,” produced by Philippe Swan, was released in 2013. The first single from the album, “Je saurai t’aimer,” was a cover of Mélanie Cohl’s adaptation of Céline Dion’s “The Power of Love” in French. From September of the same year until the end of June 2014, she regularly participated in the weekly show “Les chansons d’abord” on France 3. She accompanied Tony Carreira in a duet on “L’Oiseau et l’Enfant,” featured on his album “Nos fiançailles, France/Portugal.” Her third album, “Frou-Frou,” a tribute to female interpreters of the 1930s, 1940s, and 1950s, was released on April 21, 2014. It included notable songs like “C’était bien” (Le petit bal perdu) by Robert Nyel and Gaby Verlor. In November 2014, she joined Il Divo on their album “A Musical Affair,” where they performed “Can You Feel the Love Tonight” together. In the final in Vienna on May 23, 2015, she finished 25th out of 27 with a total of 4 points.  Lisa Angell changed record labels and released her fourth album, self-titled “Lisa Angell,” on May 11, 2015. The album included the song “N’oubliez pas” and collaborations with Serge Lama, Patrick Fiori, and Jacques Veneruso. In December 2016, Lisa Angell released her fifth album, titled “Lisa Angell chante le Québec,” featuring covers of songs by Ginette Reno, Céline Dion, Diane Tell, and more. Born in Lyon, Alexandra Maquet is the eldest of a family of four sisters. She traveled a lot with her family and lived in Lille, Brussels and then in Paris. As a child, she dreamed of becoming a singer and began to play the piano. Her parents moved to Miami in the United States when she was fifteen. Her father then worked for an American company. In 2012, after the death of a childhood friend, Alma began to write and compose songs. On December 1, 2013, Alexandra Maquet joined the singing troupe of the musical show Les Chansons, first presented by Natasha St-Pier and broadcast on France 3 until in June 2014.   Her debut single, “La chute estlente”, was released in June 2016. She had her first concert in Malaunay (Seine-Maritime) where she opened for Amir in September 2016. In September 2016, Alma met some producers who were secretly considering her participation in the Eurovision Song Contest 2017. At the beginning of 2017, they proposed the song “Requiem” to the French selection committee for Eurovision. Alma ws chosen and announced on February 9 by France 2 as the French representative. Alma initially performed “Requiem” in French but then also recorded another version which contained a few lines in English and variations in the lyrics in French as well as in the melody. The images of the clip shot in Paris are the same for both versions. Alma’s debut album titled “Ma peau aime” was released on May 5, 2017. On May 13, 2017e, during the final of the 62nd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest, Alma performed “Requiem” in French with passages in English. She became 12th.  During the summer of 2017, she participated in many shows such as Vendredi tout est permi and Fort Boyard On January 27, 2018, replacing Amir, she was part of the jury for the final of Destination Eurovision on France 2, a program to designate the representative of France in the Eurovision Song Contest 2018. She was also chosen to comment on the Contest Eurovision Song Contest 2018 for France 2 with Christophe Willem and Stéphane Bern. On December 19, 2018, more than 70 celebrities mobilized at the call of the Urgence Homophobia association; Alma was one of them and appeared in the music video for the song “De l’amour”. Alma teamed up with Laurie Darmon; on 18 July 2019, they released the song “Zumbaa”. She was born in Harlow, Essex and raised in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire. As a child soloist, she sang in front of Charles, prince of Wales. She submitted a song to the national selection for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest but was not selected. Growing older, she graduated from the Royal Academy of Music in London, where she was trained classically. She provided backing vocals and was a dancer for Belgian Eurovision artist Loïc Nottet in 2015 and was the musical director of Blanche in the 2017 contest. In 2016, SuRie released her first album “Something beginning with….”. She represented the United Kingdom in the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Lisbon, Portugal, with her song “Storm” and finished 24th. Her performance was interrupted by a man who grabbed the microphone to make his own political statement. SuRie was offered to perform again, but she declined. A year after Eurovision, SuRie released her second album “Out of universe”. In 2020, she released a christmas record, “Last christmas”; her own version of the Wham! song. In 2012, after the death of a childhood friend, Alma began to write and compose songs. On December 1, 2013, Alexandra Maquet joined the singing troupe of the musical show Les Chansons, first presented by Natasha St-Pier and broadcast on France 3 until in June 2014.   Her debut single, “La chute estlente”, was released in June 2016. She had her first concert in Malaunay (Seine-Maritime) where she opened for Amir in September 2016. In September 2016, Alma met some producers who were secretly considering her participation in the Eurovision Song Contest 2017. At the beginning of 2017, they proposed the song “Requiem” to the French selection committee for Eurovision. Alma ws chosen and announced on February 9 by France 2 as the French representative. Alma initially performed “Requiem” in French but then also recorded another version which contained a few lines in English and variations in the lyrics in French as well as in the melody. The images of the clip shot in Paris are the same for both versions. Alma’s debut album titled “Ma peau aime” was released on May 5, 2017. On May 13, 2017e, during the final of the 62nd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest, Alma performed “Requiem” in French with passages in English. She became 12th.  During the summer of 2017, she participated in many shows such as Vendredi tout est permi and Fort Boyard On January 27, 2018, replacing Amir, she was part of the jury for the final of Destination Eurovision on France 2, a program to designate the representative of France in the Eurovision Song Contest 2018. She was also chosen to comment on the Contest Eurovision Song Contest 2018 for France 2 with Christophe Willem and Stéphane Bern. It is an album of versions of songs from the most famous musicals. The first single was “Un poco de amor,” a version of Queen’s “Somebody to Love” from the musical We Will Rock You. It also included songs from musicals such as Mamma Mia!, Hoy no me puedo levantar, and Hair, among others. The music video for “Un poco de amor” was filmed in New York. She was chosen as the Serbian representative for the Eurovision Song Contest. She emerged as the winner for four consecutive years. At fifteen, she began classical vocal training at the Conservatoire de Nice, but she quickly stopped. The first single from the album, “Je saurai t’aimer,” was a cover of Mélanie Cohl’s adaptation of Céline Dion’s “The Power of Love” in French. From September of the same year until the end of June 2014, she regularly participated in the weekly show “Les chansons d’abord” on France 3. She accompanied Tony Carreira in a duet on “L’Oiseau et l’Enfant,” featured on his album “Nos fiançailles, France/Portugal.” Her third album, “Frou-Frou,” a tribute to female interpreters of the 1930s, 1940s, and 1950s, was released on April 21, 2014. It included notable songs like “C’était bien” (Le petit bal perdu) by Robert Nyel and Gaby Verlor. In November 2014, she joined Il Divo on their album “A Musical Affair,” where they performed “Can You Feel the Love Tonight” together. On January 23, 2015, Lisa Angell was chosen by France 2 to represent France at the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 with the song “N’oubliez pas,” written and composed by Robert Goldman. In the final in Vienna on May 23, 2015, she finished 25th out of 27 with a total of 4 points.  Lisa Angell changed record labels and released her fourth album, self-titled “Lisa Angell,” on May 11, 2015. The album included the song “N’oubliez pas” and collaborations with Serge Lama, Patrick Fiori, and Jacques Veneruso. In December 2016, Lisa Angell released her fifth album, titled “Lisa Angell chante le Québec,” featuring covers of songs by Ginette Reno, Céline Dion, Diane Tell, and more. She subsequently embarked on a tour throughout France, which concluded on September 23, 2017, at the Zèbre de Belleville in Paris. In 2018, she opened her singing school, “REV’S,” in Saint-Raphaël. As a child, she dreamed of becoming a singer and began to play the piano. Her parents moved to Miami in the United States when she was fifteen. Her father then worked for an American company. In 2012, after the death of a childhood friend, Alma began to write and compose songs. On December 1, 2013, Alexandra Maquet joined the singing troupe of the musical show Les Chansons, first presented by Natasha St-Pier and broadcast on France 3 until in June 2014.   Her debut single, “La chute estlente”, was released in June 2016. She had her first concert in Malaunay (Seine-Maritime) where she opened for Amir in September 2016. In September 2016, Alma met some producers who were secretly considering her participation in the Eurovision Song Contest 2017. At the beginning of 2017, they proposed the song “Requiem” to the French selection committee for Eurovision. Alma ws chosen and announced on February 9 by France 2 as the French representative. Alma initially performed “Requiem” in French but then also recorded another version which contained a few lines in English and variations in the lyrics in French as well as in the melody. The images of the clip shot in Paris are the same for both versions. Alma’s debut album titled “Ma peau aime” was released on May 5, 2017. On May 13, 2017e, during the final of the 62nd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest, Alma performed “Requiem” in French with passages in English. She became 12th.  During the summer of 2017, she participated in many shows such as Vendredi tout est permi and Fort Boyard On January 27, 2018, replacing Amir, she was part of the jury for the final of Destination Eurovision on France 2, a program to designate the representative of France in the Eurovision Song Contest 2018. She was also chosen to comment on the Contest Eurovision Song Contest 2018 for France 2 with Christophe Willem and Stéphane Bern. On December 19, 2018, more than 70 celebrities mobilized at the call of the Urgence Homophobia association; Alma was one of them and appeared in the music video for the song “De l’amour”. Alma teamed up with Laurie Darmon; on 18 July 2019, they released the song “Zumbaa”. On 25 April, 2021, a new video was released, called “America”, followed by “Don’t let me go back” two months later. On 25 November 2022, a new project came out: “Rouge sang”..
