Tijana Bogićević

As a child, Tijana sang in school performances, and while attending high school, she was a member of the hip hop and dance group Chess, with whom she recorded several demo songs. However, her career really started when she met Vlada Georgiev and started performing with his band as a backing vocalist in 2001. In parallel with that engagement, she founded the alternative band Shanene, which soon became one of the leading bands in the club scene. He currently lives and works in Boston, USA. As a solo singer, she participated in Beovizija 2009, the national final for the Eurovision Song Contest. She performed the song “Pazi šta radiš”. Tijana did not make it to the final. In 2011, Tijana got the chance to enter the Eurovision Song Contest as a backing vocalist for Nina at the 2011 contest. On February 27, 2017, Serbian broadcaster RTS announced that Tijana was going to represent Serbia at the Eurovision Song Contest with the song “In Too Deep”. In the second semi-final stage of Eurovision, Tijana Bogićević failed to qualify for the Eurovision final. Tijana’s Eurovision song was followed by two songs in Serbian, “Ti imaš pravo” and “Besuslovno”. Both songs were included in Tijana’s debut album “Čudo”, which was released in 2018. In 2019, she teamed up with Sara Milutinović for the single “Širina”. In 2020, she received an Oskar Popularnosti, being awarded Pop Singer Of the Year. In the same year, a new song premiered: “Javna tajna”. She teamed up with Damir Kedžo, and on 12 February 2021 their duet “Hram” came out. The song became a hit in the Croatian national charts. In 2022, the song “Umem” was released. The song was followed by several other songs, including videos. They were all songs from a new album, “Blizu”. The album itself was released on 14 February 2023. In the years 1999–2007, she attended the Jan Neruda High School, where she studied classical music and played the French horn. After her graduation, she was accepted to study medicine. However, she decided to study singingat the department of popular music at the State Conservatory in Prague. In 2010, she succeeded in the casting show Robin Hood – Cesta ke slává, which also gave her the opportunity to have her first theater experience in the lead female role of Lady Marianne in the musical Robin Hood. In 2011, Barta was accepted to the Jazz Institut Universität der Künste in Berlin. Martina Barta performed at several jazz festivals in Germany. During her time at foreign jazz workshops she had the opportunity to collaborate with musicians such as the Roy Hargrove Quintet , American drummer Gregory Hutchinson, American pianist Aaron Goldberg and others. In July 2016, after successfully completing her studies at the Jazz Institute Berlin, she participated in the Jazz in Port Townsend workshop in the USA under the leadership of the American double bassist, composer and arranger John Clayton. During her studies, Martina Barta founded her own project called “Scotch and Soda” together with jazz singer Marcus Gartschock. In the years 2012-2016, she was a guest in the band of German rocker Henning Protzmann. As part of her graduation concert at the Jazz Institute Berlin, she founded the Czech-German project “Martina Barta & her Jazz Orchestra”. In the Czech Republic, Martina has been performing as a soloist of Felix Slováček’s big band since 2011. She was also a member of the Prague funk formation Top Dream Company and collaborated with the Prague Film Orchestra. In 2015 and 2016, she participated in the “Sinatrology” project alongside Czech and foreign performers. In addition, she collaborated with his sister Kristina Bárta, who is a Czech jazz pianist and composer. In 2016, their original song “Find Peace of Mind” was awarded in the Best Jazz Composition of 2016 at the Bohemia JazzFest. On February 16, 2017, Czech Television announced that Martina Barta was going to represent the Czech Republic at the Eurovision Song Contest. She performed “My Turn” in the first semi-final. However, she did not make it to the finals. In 2018, she took part in the competition Deutschland sucht den Superstar. In July 2020, Martina Barta released her single “What a Wonderful World”. This cover version of the Louis Armstrong hit was recorded with Czech horn player Radek Baborák and Kristina Barta. A music video was produced for this in Berlin and Prague. Martina Barta lives in Berlin. Since September 2021 she has been pursuing a master’s degree in music at the Manhattan School of Music in New York City, which she is expected to complete in May 2023. Svala is the daughter of Icelandic singer Björgvin Halldórsson. When she was seven years old, she was already a backing singer on an album of her father. She had her first number one hit in Iceland at the age of nine with the Christmas song “Fyrir Jól”, a duet with her father. She had another number one hit at the age of 11, again with a Christmas song, “Ég hlakka svo til”.  Svala studied ballet for 7 years with the Icelandic National Theatre Ballet. At the age of 16, Svala formed the band Scope, a band influenced by British house and disco. The band released a cover of the song “Was That All It Was” in the mid 90s which became a dance anthem and a number 1 hit in Iceland. Svala signed a contract with Skifan Records. After a few records she left Scope to join the band Bubbleflies. She wrote a few songs with Bubbleflies and toured all over Iceland performing original songs and a lot of covers. The song “I betcha” became a hit. When Svala was 18 years old she started working with the Scottish producer Ian Morrow. In 1999, she signed a deal with EMI and Priority Records in North America. The record deal was one of the biggest deals ever made with an Icelandic recording artist. Svala moved to Los Angeles in 2000 and started writing with some of the biggest hit-makers in the music business at that time. Her debut album “The Real Me” was released in 2001. The single with the same name charted on the Billboard top 40 singles chart. In 2002 Priority Records was bought by Capitol Records and Svala and all the other artists on the label transferred over to Capitol Records. Her album became a platinum selling album in Iceland. It became a succes in Spain, Japan and Germany too. Svala returned to Iceland and started writing and recording for her next solo album “The Bird Of Freedom”, which was released in 2005. It was produced by Svala herself and her father. The album went Gold in Iceland. In 2006, she and the brothers inar “Mega” Egilsson  Edvard “Eddie” Egilsson, formed the electronic band Steed Lord. In 2006 Steed Lord became WeSC Activists, joining the Swedish clothing brand for all their campaigns. In 2007 they were approached by H&M to design a clothing line which was sold in 52 stores in over 100 countries around the world. In April 2008 the band was on their way to the airport in Iceland to go touring in Scandinavia when they had an almost fatal car crash on the icy road in Iceland. Svala suffered broken bones and had serious internal injuries. She recovered from the accident and Steed Lord joined Chromeo on their US tour. Svala moved to Los Angeles again in the summer of 2009.  Svala took a break from music and moved back to Iceland. In 2015 Svala joined The Voice in Iceland as one of the four coaches. In early 2016 Svala formed the duo BLISSFUL with her husband and later in 2016 they released their first single “Elevate” which has got over 230,000 plays on Spotify. On August 24, 2017 the band released their second single “Make It Better”. On 11 March 2017, she won Söngvakepninn, the Icelandic national final for the Eurovision Song Contest, with the song “Paper. Unfortunately, she failed to qualify for the final. In July 2018, she was featured on the track “Ekkert Drama” with Reykjavíkurdætur. Svala then released the song “For the Night” at the same moment. In December 2018, Svala was featured on the track “Sex” with Baggalútur. On 26 January 2019, it was announced that Svala was returning to Söngvakeppnin as a songwriter with the song “Nú og hér”, for Þórdís Imsland. It did not qualify for the national final. Aysel received private lessons from renowned musicians such as Alexander Coppaloni in 2013 and Deborah C. Carter in 2015. She also participated in musical events in Russia, Georgia, Turkey, Ukraine, Israel, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Italy.  With the stage name Aisel, she represented Azerbaijan in the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest with the song “X my heart”. Unfortunately, she didn’t reache the final with that song. Soon after the contest, she released a new single and video, “More emotion”. In december of the same year, her EP “Pure noise” came out. In 2019, she went to Kiev to record the video of a new song: “We run”. The follow up, “Efforts”, was recorded in Moscow. She participated in the festival New Wave 2019, in Sochi, Russia, in August 2019. In the same year, Aysel became the official ambassador of Swiss Made luxury brand Raymond Weil in Azerbaijan. In December, a song in Russian called “Ya za muzyku otdam vsyu zhizn” was released. In february 2021 Aysel released “Kədər nədir?” in rememberance of the victims of the conflict in Karabakh. It was followed in July by the live album “Obsession”. In 2005, Dina Garipova became a laureate of an international competition in the city of Tartu (Estonia). After Garipova won the festival Sozvezdie-Yoldyzlyk in 2008, she was contacted by the honored artist of Tatarstan Gabdelfat Safin. He offered the young singer to take part in the tour of his music collective. In 2008, Garipova participated in a musical staged by the Zolotoy mikrofon theater and was awarded the grand prize of the international competition in France. Being a fan of rock music, she performed songs from Nirvana’s repertoire when performing with the group. In the summer of 2012, Garipova passed the casting for the British TV show Britain’s Got Talent but did not go to the UK. In stead she participated in Golos, the Russian version of The Voice. On December 29, 2012, Dina Garipova won Golos. As the winner of the show, the singer signed a two-year contract with Universal recording studio.  On December 30, 2012, by the decree of the President of Tatarstan, Dina Garipova was awarded the honorary title of Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan. On February 19, 2013, it was announced that Dina Garipova would represent Russia at the Eurovision Song Contest with the song “What If”. The premiere of the song took place on the program “Vremja” on February 24. She reached the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest and took 5th place. On May 19, 2013, Dina Garipova opened the first concert of Josh Groban in Moscow. In the fall of 2013, the voice of Dina Garipova was highly appreciated by the Franco-Canadian singer Garou, the star of the musical Notre-Dame de Paris. In February 2014, a duet composition of Garou and Garipova “Du Vent Des Mots” was released. The fall and winter of 2013-2014 saw the singer’s first major tour across Russia. On October 30, 2014, Garipova presented her debut album “Dva shaga do lyubvi”. In February 2015, Dina Garipova became an actress at the Alexander Gradsky Musical Theater, and in March and April of the same year, the singer’s third tour took place. On April 13, 2020, on the Russia-1 TV channel, the premiere of the series Zuleikha otkryvaet glaza based on the book of the same name by Guzel Yakhina took place, for which the soundtrack was the Tatar folk song “Ay, bylbylym”, performed by Dina. A new arrangement of the composition was created long before the series was released specifically for the singer’s Tatar album “ETHNO”. After the premiere of the series, the song gained another wave of widespread popularity. On 17 November of that year, she released an English song, “Somewhere In My Memory”, along with the Russian song “Kolybelnaya (Mamina ladon’)”. She started her musical journey as a choir singer with the Estonian Television children’s choir and honed her skills in violin at the Kohila Music School. Her career took off when she emerged as the winner of the first season of Estonian Idol, Eesti otsib superstaari. In 2021, she was one of the coaches of the show. Birgit has a vivid record of album releases that map out her musical journey. Her self-titled debut album, “Birgit Õigemeel,” released in 2008, introduced her fresh and inviting voice to her fans. She quickly followed up with her second album “Ilus aeg” (“Beautiful Time”), encapsulating a spectrum of emotions. Her third album, “Teineteisel pool” (“On the Other Side”), arrived in 2009, showing her fans a deeper, more introspective side of her. A turning point in her career came with her 2013 album “Uus algus” (“New Beginning”), marking her participation in the Eurovision Song Contest. In 2018, she returned with her fifth album “V,” a testament to her evolution as an artist. The single “Silmapiir” was released from this album. With her band she released a new single in January 2020, “Sinuga”. With the swingers she released the song “See vana number”. Adding to her list of accolades, Birgit became the first non-Italian to receive the “Golden Olive Branch” award at the “L’Olivo d’Oro” Italian culture festival in 2007. Despite unsuccessful attempts in 2008 and 2012, she remained undeterred and even participated in the 2002 contest in Tallinn as part of the choir during the interval act. She took part in Eesti Laul, the national final for the Eurovision Song Contest, again in 2019. Together with Tanja and The Swingers she sang “High Heels In The Neighbourhood” and reached a 6th place. Outside her thriving musical career, Birgit has made a mark in the theater world, starring in several professional productions. At Theatrum theatre, she played Sylvia in Shakespeare’s Two Gentlemen of Verona in 2007. Her theatre work also includes roles at the Vanemuine theatre, playing Maria Von Trapp in The Sound of Music and having supporting roles in the ethno musical Peko. Siegfrids was born on December 4, 1985, in Kaskinen, Finland, to a Finnish-speaking family. She is the youngest of three siblings. From a young age, she demonstrated a passion for performing and music. She graduated from the Novia University of Applied Sciences, majoring in Music and Performing. While studying, she was part of a number of music ensembles and performed in various musicals. Her first major exposure came in 2011 when she took part in the first season of The Voice of Finland. Although she did not win the competition, it boosted her profile and allowed her to work on her debut album. Siegfrids’ breakthrough moment arrived in 2013 when she represented Finland in the Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Marry Me”. The song, which became famous for its catchy tune and the stage kiss at the end of the performance, gave Siegfrids a lot of international attention. Despite finishing in 24th place, the experience was pivotal in her career. Following her Eurovision participation, she released her debut album “Ding Dong!” in May 2013. The album included “Marry Me” and other pop tracks, some of which she co-wrote. In 2015, Siegfrids released a series of three singles: “Cinderella” in January, “On & Off” in February, and “Better On My Own” in August. She also took part in the second season of “Tähdet, tähdet” on MTV3 in the spring, where she secured the fifth position. In November 2015, Siegfrids was selected to co-host the Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu (New Music Competition) 2016 alongside Roope Salminen. SVT, later that month, revealed that she would be a contestant in Melodifestivalen, the Swedish Eurovision selection, in 2016 with her song “Faller”. However, she ended in the fifth position in the semi-finals and failed to progress to the finals. She made another attempt to represent Sweden in the 2017 Eurovision with her song “Snurra min jord”, but again didn’t reach the finals. Siegfrids also served as the host for Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu in the years 2017 and 2018. Siegfrids joined the panel of judges for the sixth and seventh seasons of “Talent Suomi”, a talent hunt show on MTV3, sharing the panel with Jorma Uotinen, HP Parviainen, and Ernest Lawson. In 2021 and 2022, she hosted Krista Calling, a series of backstage broadcasts at the Eurovision Song Contest for OutTV. She was also involved in the Christmas show of The voice Romania in 2016. In 2017 she was a member of the selection committee for the Eurovision entry. She also took part in the show Uite Cine Danseaza (Dancing With The Stars). In 2018 Aliona performed in The Netherlands at the Eurovision event J’aime La Vlie. In the years 2012-2016, she was a guest in the band of German rocker Henning Protzmann. In the Czech Republic, Martina has been performing as a soloist of Felix Slováček’s big band since 2011. She was also a member of the Prague funk formation Top Dream Company and collaborated with the Prague Film Orchestra. In 2015 and 2016, she participated in the “Sinatrology” project alongside Czech and foreign performers. In addition, she collaborated with his sister Kristina Bárta, who is a Czech jazz pianist and composer. In 2016, their original song “Find Peace of Mind” was awarded in the Best Jazz Composition of 2016 at the Bohemia JazzFest. On February 16, 2017, Czech Television announced that Martina Barta was going to represent the Czech Republic at the Eurovision Song Contest. She performed “My Turn” in the first semi-final. However, she did not make it to the finals. In 2018, she took part in the competition Deutschland sucht den Superstar. In July 2020, Martina Barta released her single “What a Wonderful World”. Svala is the daughter of Icelandic singer Björgvin Halldórsson. When she was seven years old, she was already a backing singer on an album of her father. She had her first number one hit in Iceland at the age of nine with the Christmas song “Fyrir Jól”, a duet with her father. She had another number one hit at the age of 11, again with a Christmas song, “Ég hlakka svo til”.  Svala studied ballet for 7 years with the Icelandic National Theatre Ballet. At the age of 16, Svala formed the band Scope, a band influenced by British house and disco. The band released a cover of the song “Was That All It Was” in the mid 90s which became a dance anthem and a number 1 hit in Iceland. Svala signed a contract with Skifan Records. After a few records she left Scope to join the band Bubbleflies. She wrote a few songs with Bubbleflies and toured all over Iceland performing original songs and a lot of covers. The song “I betcha” became a hit. When Svala was 18 years old she started working with the Scottish producer Ian Morrow. In 1999, she signed a deal with EMI and Priority Records in North America. The record deal was one of the biggest deals ever made with an Icelandic recording artist. Svala moved to Los Angeles in 2000 and started writing with some of the biggest hit-makers in the music business at that time. Her debut album “The Real Me” was released in 2001. The single with the same name charted on the Billboard top 40 singles chart. In 2002 Priority Records was bought by Capitol Records and Svala and all the other artists on the label transferred over to Capitol Records. Her album became a platinum selling album in Iceland. It became a succes in Spain, Japan and Germany too. Svala returned to Iceland and started writing and recording for her next solo album “The Bird Of Freedom”, which was released in 2005. It was produced by Svala herself and her father. The album went Gold in Iceland. In 2006, she and the brothers inar “Mega” Egilsson  Edvard “Eddie” Egilsson, formed the electronic band Steed Lord. In 2006 Steed Lord became WeSC Activists, joining the Swedish clothing brand for all their campaigns. In 2007 they were approached by H&M to design a clothing line which was sold in 52 stores in over 100 countries around the world. In April 2008 the band was on their way to the airport in Iceland to go touring in Scandinavia when they had an almost fatal car crash on the icy road in Iceland. Svala suffered broken bones and had serious internal injuries. She recovered from the accident and Steed Lord joined Chromeo on their US tour. Svala moved to Los Angeles again in the summer of 2009.  Svala took a break from music and moved back to Iceland. In 2015 Svala joined The Voice in Iceland as one of the four coaches. In early 2016 Svala formed the duo BLISSFUL with her husband and later in 2016 they released their first single “Elevate” which has got over 230,000 plays on Spotify. On August 24, 2017 the band released their second single “Make It Better”. On 11 March 2017, she won Söngvakepninn, the Icelandic national final for the Eurovision Song Contest, with the song “Paper. Unfortunately, she failed to qualify for the final. In July 2018, she was featured on the track “Ekkert Drama” with Reykjavíkurdætur. Svala then released the song “For the Night” at the same moment. In December 2018, Svala was featured on the track “Sex” with Baggalútur. On 26 January 2019, it was announced that Svala was returning to Söngvakeppnin as a songwriter with the song “Nú og hér”, for Þórdís Imsland. It did not qualify for the national final. In 2008, Garipova participated in a musical staged by the Zolotoy mikrofon theater and was awarded the grand prize of the international competition in France. In 2018, she returned with her fifth album “V,” a testament to her evolution as an artist. The single “Silmapiir” was released from this album. With her band she released a new single in January 2020, “Sinuga”. With the swingers she released the song “See vana number”. Adding to her list of accolades, Birgit became the first non-Italian to receive the “Golden Olive Branch” award at the “L’Olivo d’Oro” Italian culture festival in 2007. She represented Estonia at the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest with her song “Et uus saaks alguse” (“So There Could Be a New Beginning”), placing 20th in the finals. Despite unsuccessful attempts in 2008 and 2012, she remained undeterred and even participated in the 2002 contest in Tallinn as part of the choir during the interval act. She took part in Eesti Laul, the national final for the Eurovision Song Contest, again in 2019. Together with Tanja and The Swingers she sang “High Heels In The Neighbourhood” and reached a 6th place. Outside her thriving musical career, Birgit has made a mark in the theater world, starring in several professional productions. In July 2016, after successfully completing her studies at the Jazz Institute Berlin, she participated in the Jazz in Port Townsend workshop in the USA under the leadership of the American double bassist, composer and arranger John Clayton. During her studies, Martina Barta founded her own project called “Scotch and Soda” together with jazz singer Marcus Gartschock. In the years 2012-2016, she was a guest in the band of German rocker Henning Protzmann. As part of her graduation concert at the Jazz Institute Berlin, she founded the Czech-German project “Martina Barta & her Jazz Orchestra”. In the Czech Republic, Martina has been performing as a soloist of Felix Slováček’s big band since 2011. She was also a member of the Prague funk formation Top Dream Company and collaborated with the Prague Film Orchestra. In 2015 and 2016, she participated in the “Sinatrology” project alongside Czech and foreign performers. In addition, she collaborated with his sister Kristina Bárta, who is a Czech jazz pianist and composer. In 2016, their original song “Find Peace of Mind” was awarded in the Best Jazz Composition of 2016 at the Bohemia JazzFest. On February 16, 2017, Czech Television announced that Martina Barta was going to represent the Czech Republic at the Eurovision Song Contest. She performed “My Turn” in the first semi-final. However, she did not make it to the finals. In 2018, she took part in the competition Deutschland sucht den Superstar. In July 2020, Martina Barta released her single “What a Wonderful World”. This cover version of the Louis Armstrong hit was recorded with Czech horn player Radek Baborák and Kristina Barta. A music video was produced for this in Berlin and Prague. Svala is the daughter of Icelandic singer Björgvin Halldórsson. When she was seven years old, she was already a backing singer on an album of her father. She had her first number one hit in Iceland at the age of nine with the Christmas song “Fyrir Jól”, a duet with her father. She had another number one hit at the age of 11, again with a Christmas song, “Ég hlakka svo til”.  Svala studied ballet for 7 years with the Icelandic National Theatre Ballet. At the age of 16, Svala formed the band Scope, a band influenced by British house and disco. The band released a cover of the song “Was That All It Was” in the mid 90s which became a dance anthem and a number 1 hit in Iceland. Svala signed a contract with Skifan Records. After a few records she left Scope to join the band Bubbleflies. She wrote a few songs with Bubbleflies and toured all over Iceland performing original songs and a lot of covers. The song “I betcha” became a hit. When Svala was 18 years old she started working with the Scottish producer Ian Morrow. In 1999, she signed a deal with EMI and Priority Records in North America. The record deal was one of the biggest deals ever made with an Icelandic recording artist. Svala moved to Los Angeles in 2000 and started writing with some of the biggest hit-makers in the music business at that time. Her debut album “The Real Me” was released in 2001. The single with the same name charted on the Billboard top 40 singles chart. In 2002 Priority Records was bought by Capitol Records and Svala and all the other artists on the label transferred over to Capitol Records. Her album became a platinum selling album in Iceland. It became a succes in Spain, Japan and Germany too. Svala returned to Iceland and started writing and recording for her next solo album “The Bird Of Freedom”, which was released in 2005. It was produced by Svala herself and her father. The album went Gold in Iceland. In 2006, she and the brothers inar “Mega” Egilsson  Edvard “Eddie” Egilsson, formed the electronic band Steed Lord. In 2006 Steed Lord became WeSC Activists, joining the Swedish clothing brand for all their campaigns. In 2007 they were approached by H&M to design a clothing line which was sold in 52 stores in over 100 countries around the world. In April 2008 the band was on their way to the airport in Iceland to go touring in Scandinavia when they had an almost fatal car crash on the icy road in Iceland. Svala suffered broken bones and had serious internal injuries. She recovered from the accident and Steed Lord joined Chromeo on their US tour. Svala moved to Los Angeles again in the summer of 2009.  Svala took a break from music and moved back to Iceland. In 2015 Svala joined The Voice in Iceland as one of the four coaches. In early 2016 Svala formed the duo BLISSFUL with her husband and later in 2016 they released their first single “Elevate” which has got over 230,000 plays on Spotify. On August 24, 2017 the band released their second single “Make It Better”. On 11 March 2017, she won Söngvakepninn, the Icelandic national final for the Eurovision Song Contest, with the song “Paper. Unfortunately, she failed to qualify for the final. In July 2018, she was featured on the track “Ekkert Drama” with Reykjavíkurdætur. Svala then released the song “For the Night” at the same moment. In December 2018, Svala was featured on the track “Sex” with Baggalútur. On 26 January 2019, it was announced that Svala was returning to Söngvakeppnin as a songwriter with the song “Nú og hér”, for Þórdís Imsland. It did not qualify for the national final. She was born on March 25, 1991, in the city of Zelenodolsk, Tatar SSR. From the age of 6, Dina studied vocals at the Zelenodolsk Song Theater Zolotoy mikrofon. In 1999, she became a laureate of the first degree of the All-Russian competition “Zhar-ptitsa” (Ivanovo), in 2001 – a laureate of the first degree of the republican festival Sozvezdie-Yoldyzlyk. In 2005, Dina Garipova became a laureate of an international competition in the city of Tartu (Estonia). After Garipova won the festival Sozvezdie-Yoldyzlyk in 2008, she was contacted by the honored artist of Tatarstan Gabdelfat Safin. He offered the young singer to take part in the tour of his music collective. In 2008, Garipova participated in a musical staged by the Zolotoy mikrofon theater and was awarded the grand prize of the international competition in France. At the beginning of 2010, Garipova debuted with her own music collective at a city competition  and won the grand prize. Being a fan of rock music, she performed songs from Nirvana’s repertoire when performing with the group. In the summer of 2012, Garipova passed the casting for the British TV show Britain’s Got Talent but did not go to the UK. In stead she participated in Golos, the Russian version of The Voice. On December 29, 2012, Dina Garipova won Golos. As the winner of the show, the singer signed a two-year contract with Universal recording studio.  On December 30, 2012, by the decree of the President of Tatarstan, Dina Garipova was awarded the honorary title of Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan. On February 19, 2013, it was announced that Dina Garipova would represent Russia at the Eurovision Song Contest with the song “What If”. The premiere of the song took place on the program “Vremja” on February 24. She reached the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest and took 5th place. On May 19, 2013, Dina Garipova opened the first concert of Josh Groban in Moscow. In the fall of 2013, the voice of Dina Garipova was highly appreciated by the Franco-Canadian singer Garou, the star of the musical Notre-Dame de Paris. In February 2014, a duet composition of Garou and Garipova “Du Vent Des Mots” was released. The fall and winter of 2013-2014 saw the singer’s first major tour across Russia. On October 30, 2014, Garipova presented her debut album “Dva shaga do lyubvi”. In February 2015, Dina Garipova became an actress at the Alexander Gradsky Musical Theater, and in March and April of the same year, the singer’s third tour took place. In 2016, Garipova debuted as a composer. Her first original song was “Küñel”, based on the poetry of Tatar poet Gabdulla Tukai. In June 2017, together with the choir of the Igor Krutoy Academy of Popular Music, Dina released the song “Vremya prishlo”. On October 7, 2017, a joint concert of Dina and Sergey Zhilin (accompanied by the Phonograph-Symfo-Jazz orchestra) “Nesluchainoe sovpadenie” took place.  In early February 2019, Dina began recording two new albums – her second in Russian and debut in Tatar. On July 7, 2019, the TV premiere of the song “Udivitelny” took place, where Dina, in a joint production with the Street Jazz ballet, appeared in a new image. On December 31, 2019, on Channel One, the TV premiere of the duet song of Dina and Lev Leshchenko “V dushe molodoi” took place. On April 13, 2020, on the Russia-1 TV channel, the premiere of the series Zuleikha otkryvaet glaza based on the book of the same name by Guzel Yakhina took place, for which the soundtrack was the Tatar folk song “Ay, bylbylym”, performed by Dina. A new arrangement of the composition was created long before the series was released specifically for the singer’s Tatar album “ETHNO”. After the premiere of the series, the song gained another wave of widespread popularity. On 17 November of that year, she released an English song, “Somewhere In My Memory”, along with the Russian song “Kolybelnaya (Mamina ladon’)”.
