(2020)Stand By (2011) Biography Senhit Zadik Zadik known as Senhit (previously Senit), is an Italian singer of Eritrean descent. She was born in Bologna. Senhit began her musical career playing main roles in successful musicals such as “The Lion King” (2001/2002)  in Germany, the Swiss versions of “Fame” (1999/2000) and “Hair” (2002) and and in Italy Il Grande Campione (2001/2002). She worked together with Italian singer Stadio, with whom she had the opportunity to tour. In September 2005 the singer signed a contract and released her first album “Senit”. In June 2007 she released the single “La fronte che ho”, which anticipated on the release of the second album “Un tesoro è necessariamente nascosto”. In 2009, the third, this time English, album “So High” was released.  In 2011, Senit represented San Marino in the Eurovision Song Contest  with the song” Stand By”. Right after the contest, the uptempo “Through the Rain” was released, a single following the singer’s participation in Eurovision. In 2013 she released a new single, “AOK”. In 2014, when she released her single “Relations”, she chose her official first name Senhit as her stage name. In 2019 she decided to sing in Italian again: she published the single “Dark Room” in april of that year, followed by “Un bel niente” in september. In 2020 she was supposed to represent San Marino again in the Eurovision Song Contest. Unfortunately, due to the corona crisis, that didn’t happen. She was chosen again by San Marinese television to do the job in 2021. Her song “Adrenalina” was a co-operation with the famous rapper and producer Flo Rida. The two reached the final. Senhit also caught attention with her #freakytriptoRotterdam, a series of videos in which she sang Eurovision classics. Senhit hosted Una Voce Per San Marino, the national final for the Eurovision Song Contest, in February 2022. A new single, “Follow me”, was released in July of the same year. She also recorded a Christmas song, “Jesus, oh what a wonderful child”. On the last day  of 2022, her single “Try to love you” came out. Senhit was asked to host Una Voce Per San Marino once again in 2023. In May 2023, the new single “Pow” was released, followed in November by “I am what I am”. In the first two months of 2024, she did an international tour, the I Am What I Am-tour. She won alongside singer Jónsi with their duet “Mundu eftir mér,” a song she wrote. Although they reached the final, they secured 20th place. In 2017, Greta announced a joint concert with Alexander Rybak. She was born on March 27, 1993, in Saint Petersburg, Russia, where her Moldovan parents met while studying. They moved back to Moldova when she was a few months old. Lidia graduated from the Faculty of Journalism and Communication Sciences at Moldova State University in 2015. Lidia Isac started her musical career as part of the duo Glam Girls, formed with Sasha Druc. They participated in the Moldovan national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest in 2013 and 2014 but didn’t make it to the final. In 2014, Lidia also took part in New Wave, a contest held in Jūrmala, Latvia. In 2015, Lidia entered the selection as a solo act and with Glam Girls, reaching the final but placing last. In 2016, she won the national selection with the song “Falling Stars” and represented Moldova in the Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm, Sweden, finishing in seventeenth place in the first semi-final. In 2017, Lidia Isac appeared as a contestant in the sixth season of The Voice: la plus belle voix, the French version of The Voice. She advanced from the Blind Auditions but was eliminated in the Battle rounds. That same year, she also participated in the seventh season of the Romanian version Vocea României, where she joined Tudor Chirilă’s team but was eliminated in the Live Shows. On December 17 2018, her song “Aproape” was released. A year later, on 27 November 2019, it was followed by a new song: “Nomada”. After this, she teamded up with OZ Drive, which resulted in the song “Zabudem do zavtra”. In April 2021 Lidija started her own vocal studio in Chişinau. At the age of 12, she became a vocalist in a children’s vocal group, where she took her first musical steps. As a teenager, she supplemented her salary by working as a bartender in a jazz club. Shortly thereafter, she founded her own band, which she created with Piotr Olszewski and Piotr Podgórski. They played together for about two years, performed several concerts as a support for recognized artists of the Polish scene, and created material for the singer’s first solo album. From 2000 she performed as an actress and vocalist of the Studio Buffo team of Janusz Józefowicz. In the meantime, she supplemented her income by working as a bartender at the Jazgot club in Warsaw and as a seller in a call-center. In 2003 she ended her work at Buffo. In 2003, she started collaborating with the Roma Musical Theater, where she sang vocal parts in the musical Cats (2004) and played Queen Aba in the musical Akademia pana Kleksa (2007). In January 2003, she started collaborating with Polish Television, becoming one of the vocalists of the TVP1 game show Jaka to melodia?. In 2005 with the song “Full of Life” she took 9th place in the internal selection for the Eurovision Song Contest. For the performance of the song, she also won awards at the Universtalent 2005 festival in Prague in the categories: “best song” and “best performer”. In June 2005, with the single “Idź swoją drogą” she performed in the Premiere concert as part of the 42nd National Festival of Polish Song in Opole, and in 2006 with the song “Find the Music” she took part in the eliminations for the Trendy contest during the TOPtrendy 2006 festival, but did not qualify for the final “nine”. In August 2007, she released her debut studio album titled V.O.H. – The Victory of Heart, which included songs “Full of Life” and “Find the Music”. Also in 2007, she took third place at the Unisong festival. At the end of December 2010, she sang in Rick Estrin’s song “Weekend Off”, placed on the demo of the blues band Why Ducky? titled The Mo. She also released two solo singles: “Nie ma jej” and “Jestem”, with which she qualified for the national eliminations for the 56th Eurovision Song Contest. She is a Doctor of Pharmacy and a researcher by profession, but also a part-time singer, gaining popularity under her nickname Nina. Her early years were marked by a passion for music; she started piano lessons at the age of six and completed both elementary and secondary music school. Despite her musical talent, Nina chose to pursue a career in pharmacy, enrolling at the University of Belgrade. Her artistic side flourished as she performed in various clubs with her band “Legal Sex Department,” where she drew inspiration from artists like Duffy, Muse, and others from pop and alternative genres. Nina’s breakthrough in the music industry came in 2011 when she was selected by Kristina Kovač, a member of the renowned Kovač family, to perform a song titled “Čaroban” in the Eurovision Song Contest. Discovered through YouTube, Nina represented Serbia in the contest held in Düsseldorf, Germany. She garnered significant public support, securing her place with over 15,000 SMS votes. Nina’s journey in Eurovision was notable. She recorded an English version of her song, now named “Magical,” and performed at the Eurovision In Concert in Amsterdam. In the contest, she performed sixth in the semi-final and eventually placed 14th in the final, after delivering her performance 24th in the lineup. Post-Eurovision, Nina announced plans to release a debut studio album with PGP RTS, but later, in an interview with OGAE Serbia, she revealed a shift in her focus. Nina had moved to Melbourne, Australia, in 2014 to pursue her PhD in immunopharmacology, and the album plans were cancelled. Nina’s main job is currently in pharmacy but she tries to combine it with music. Every now and then, she releases a song and video. “Colors Of My Love” was released in 2016. After years of singing mainly covers, in 2020 she released a new single with official video: “Nemocna”, “Neispricane prične” in 2021.
