She was born in Baku. She studied at the Bulbul Secondary School of Music in 1995-2006. She attended the Azerbaijan Stage Conservatory and graduated in 2010. Aysel accompanied Emil Ibrahim’s music group at the Caucasus Jazz Festival, the Baku International Jazz Festival, the MuzEnergo Festival of Music Improvisation, the Montro Jazz Festival and she has participated in international music festivals such as the Jara Festival in 2017. Aysel received private lessons from renowned musicians such as Alexander Coppaloni in 2013 and Deborah C. Carter in 2015. She also participated in musical events in Russia, Georgia, Turkey, Ukraine, Israel, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Italy. With the stage name Aisel, she represented Azerbaijan in the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest with the song “X my heart”. Unfortunately, she didn’t reache the final with that song. Soon after the contest, she released a new single and video, “More emotion”. In december of the same year, her EP “Pure noise” came out. In 2019, she went to Kiev to record the video of a new song: “We run”. The follow up, “Efforts”, was recorded in Moscow. She participated in the festival New Wave 2019, in Sochi, Russia, in August 2019. In the same year, Aysel became the official ambassador of Swiss Made luxury brand Raymond Weil in Azerbaijan. In December, a song in Russian called “Ya za muzyku otdam vsyu zhizn” was released. In february 2021 Aysel released “Kədər nədir?” in rememberance of the victims of the conflict in Karabakh. It was followed in July by the live album “Obsession”. In October of the same year, the song “O mənə söz verib” was released on video. In October 2023, Aisel auditioned for the 2024 Eurovision Song Contest. She was born on June 13, 1989 in Mariupol, Ukraine. Diana, who has been involved in music since childhood, took piano lessons and became interested in jazz music. At the same time, he worked in the Bəri bax music collective. In 2006, she graduated from secondary school. After that he entered the Baku Music Academy and acquired the profession of “Choir Conductor”. During these years, she began to deal with jazz professionally. Diana currently works at the Baku Jazz Center. Diana created a music group called Dihaj, in which her husband Ali Nasirov was also a member. The group mainly played music in the genre of now pop, electronica and experimental. Diana lived for some time in London, the capital of England, where she studied at the Institute of Contemporary Music Performances. Diana also performs as a solo singer under the name Dihaj. Diana Hajiyeva participated in the national selection to represent Azerbaijan at the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest. In 2011, Diana Hajiyeva’s debut music video “Find Yourself” was shot. On December 5, 2016, Public Television announced that Diana Hajiyeva was going represent Azerbaijan at the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest. The song “Skeletons”, which Diana should perform on the Eurovision stage, was presented to listeners in March 2017. Diana, who reached the final of the competition, took 14th place in the show. After the competition, Diana’s debut album “The End of Sunrise” was released in July. On March 23, 2018, the new song “We shall see them sometimes” was released. In the same year, Diana co-wrote a song she performed with Elnur Huseynov: “Dreamer”. In 2019, the band performed at the “Into the Wild” festival in Azerbaijan. Dihaj chose the platform Bandcamp to publish a couple of soundtracks in December of that year. On February 11, 2020, Diana released a new video: “The essence”. In July of the same year, she teamed up with Etibar Asadli for a new video. On July 7, Diana Hajiyeva and Jazz Trio performed in the park of the Heydar Aliyev Center as part of a festival. However, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, his family moved to their homeland, Gazakh. Chingiz’ young love for Spanish music inspired him to play the guitar. Chingiz Mustafayev took part in the Eurovision national selection in 2011. In 2013, he represented Azerbaijan at the New Wave competition in Jurmala. Chingiz, who took a stage with Polina Gagarina during the competition, finished 11th. In 2016, he participated in the Ukrainian voting contest Holos Krainy. After suspending his participation in the competition, Chingiz began to perform with the group Palmas, which he founded. They mainly perform Azerbaijani national music mixed with flamenco, rock and pop music. On March 8, 2019, it was announced that Chingiz Mustafayev would represent Azerbaijan at Eurovision 2019 in Tel Aviv with the song “Truth”. He reached the final and became 8th. Chingiz did not continue singing in English however, but released a couple of singles in the Azerbaijani language.
