Second Chance in Sweden

Sweden is about to add four more songs to the final of Melodifestivalen. Tonight it is time for “Andra Chancen”, where songs that didn’t make it to the final can still get the ticket. The show starts at 20.00 CET and you can watch it here. There will be four duels:

  • Alvaro Estrella – Baila Baila vs Lillasyster – Pretender
  • Frida Green – The Silence vs Paul Rey – The Missing Piece
  • Eva Rydberg & Ewa Roos – Rena rama ding dong VS Clara Klingenström – Behöver inte dig idag
  • Klara Hammarström – Beat of Broken Hearts VS Efraim Leo – Best of Me

Alvaro Estrella took part in Melodifestivalen in 2014 but only in the semifinal. In 2020 he was 11th in the final together with Méndez. Paul Rey also reached the 2020 final and became 6th. Klara Hammarström didn’t make it to the final that year. For Eva Rydberg, Melodifestivalen was longer ago: in 1977 she became 7th.
