Who will represent Denmark? That is the question tonight. The answer will be found in the annual Danish Melodi Grand Prix. Tonight, eight songs will compete. Three songs will head to a superfinal, one of which will be this years Danish Eurovision Song. A jury (50%) and televote (50%) will make the decision.

Tim Schou won Melodi Grand Prix in 2011 as a member of A Friend in London. The group represented Denmark in the Eurovision Song Contest with “A New Tomorrow”.
