Biography
Xandee is a Flemish singer. She started her career when she was 16 years old as the half of the duo Touch of Joy, together with Serge Quisquater, who represented Belgium in the 2002 Eurovision Song Contest. Xandee did the same, but in 2004. In the same year she had two hit singles in Belgium. Two years later she had a small hitsuccess in the Netherlands with the song “Conga”.
