Biography
Tuğba Önal is a Turkish pop singer. As the winner of the Turkish preliminary round, after an unsuccessful attempt in 1997, she was allowed to compete for her country in the 1999 Eurovision Song Contest. She landed at number 16 with the pop song Dön artık. She was accompanied by three singers and two musicians, the Grup Mistik. In that year her album Onun Adı Aşk was released. In later years she was often heard as a background singer in Turkish pop productions.
