Biography
The Nova was a Swedish band, which was formed in 1973 with the name “Malta” After they won the National Selection to represent Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest, the had to change the name into The Nova, to avoid confusion with the country Malta, eventhought Malta did not participate in 1973. After the Eurovision both members went their own way.
