Biography

Sophie was a French singer and radio-television personality. Hecquet starts her musical career under the pseudonym Jenny Ann and accompanies Johnny Hallyday on his tours. In the mid-sixties, she became a radio presenter at TMC. In the 1980s, she left the Monegasque public broadcaster for RTL. She is best known for her participation on behalf of Monaco in the Eurovision Song Contest 1975.
In 2012, on October 28, Hecquet died of complications as a result of surgery on the aorta. She was 68.
