Biography
Sergio Dalma is a Spanish pop singer. He started his career singing in bands, but rose to fame when he won a contest at the Catalan station of TVE. He released his first album in 1989. The first single reached the charts in Spain and Latin America. In 1991, Dalma represented Spain in the Eurovision Song Contest. Since then, almost all of his albums, a total of eightteen, topped the charts in Spain. On 20 September 2014 he celebrated the 25th anniversary of his recording career with a concert at the Plaza del Toros in Madrid. The show was filmed for DVD release and recorded for a CD. Guest stars on this show were Nek, Vanesa Martín and Pablo Alboran. In 2019, Dalma signed a contract with Sony Music.
