Biography

Sennek, officially named Laura Groeseneken, is a Belgian singer born in Leuven. Sennek played regularly with Ozark Henry since 2014. She was also a member of dubstep collective AKS, with whom she toured world wite. Sennek wrote the song “Gravity again” with Hooverphonic‘s Alex Callier. The song was used for a worldwide campaign for the brand Cacharel.
 
In 2018, she represented Belgium at the Eurovision Song Contest of 2018 with the song “A matter of time”. In 2019 she wrote the song “Hold me down” for the Norwegian preselection for Eurovision Melodi Grand Prix. Carina Dahl sang the song.
 
On May 31, 2019, one year after her participation in the Eurovision Song Contest, the singer released a new single: “Endlessly”. 
 
It took Sennek two years to release something again, but in August 2021 the song “Overtones” came out, in October of the same year followed by “Kaleidoscope” and “Butterfly” in November.
