Biography
Nuša Derenda is a Slovenian singer. She sang and played music already in her childhood. Around 1990, she and her band became professional. In 1995, Frenk and Nuša Derenda married and started thinking about permanently settling in Slovenia. In 1999, a dream came true for Nuša when she released her first album. Seven more albums followed. In 2001, she represented Slovenia in the Eurovision Song Contest. She won awards at the Golden Stag Festival, took part in Zadarfest, and was the Slovenian representative in the 2004 International Mediterrenean Song Contest.
