Biography

Nathalie Pâque is a Belgian singer. Pâque was internally selected by channel Antenne 2 to represent France in the 1989 Eurovision Song Contest. At five days short of her 12th birthday, Pâque was the youngest performer ever to take a lead vocal at Eurovision. In response to reservations expressed by a number of participating countries regarding Pâque’s youth (and  of Israeli singer Gili [ Gili & Galit ] in the same year), the European Broadcasting Union amended the Eurovision rules on age with effect from 1990. Pâque releases several singles and albums, and she also appeared in stage musicals
