Biography
Massimo Ranieri is an Italian singer, actor, television presenter, voice actor and director. When he was 10, young Giovanni would sing at restaurants, wedding receptions, etc. He was discovered by a music producer about four years later and was flown to New York to record an EP under the name of Gianni Rock. As from 1964 untill 2013, he released several succesfull albums, cd’s and singles. He is also a succesfull tv presenter and actor (Tv, movie and theatre), and active in these professions from the 70’s untill 2017.
He represented Italy in the Eurovision Song Contest twice, in 1973, and in 1971
