Biography

Marc Roberts is an Irish singer, born in Crossmolina, County Mayo. His breakthrough came when he represented Ireland in the 1997 Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Mysterious woman”. He made a debut album and a second single, “Babe”. It was only in the early 2000’s that his second and third album were released. Around this time, Roberts joined local radio station Galway Bay FM as a presenter. He continues in this role as of 2018.
In 2006, Marc Roberts co-wrote an album for Daniel O’Donell. In 2008, he took part in the national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest. So far, he released a total of seven albums, among which a John Denver tribute album.
