Biography
Lukas Meijer is a Swedish musician, guitarist, singer, songwriter and photographer, born in Stockholm. In his youth, he played Ice hockey. Since 2013 he is the vocalist of the rock band No Sleep For Lucy. On March 9, 2018, the band released it’s debut studio album, “Until the End”.
In 2017, he collaborated with the Polish music producer Gromee, with whom he recorded the single “Without You”. In 2018, they represented Poland in the Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Light me up”. The song did not reach the final, but was awarded a platinum disc in Poland. In March 2019, Sleep For Lucy made a European tour. Exactly a year later, their new single “Erase” came out. In 2021, they opened for Starset.
In addition to his musical career, he works as a teacher at the School Complex in Blackeberg, a suburb of Stockholm.
