Lena Johanna Therese Meyer-Landrut, widely known as Lena, was born on May 23, 1991, in Hanover, Germany. She is a renowned German singer who catapulted to fame after representing Germany in the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 in Oslo, where she won with the song “Satellite.” This victory marked a significant milestone in her career, as both “Satellite” and her debut album, “My Cassette Player” (2010), debuted at number one in Germany and achieved platinum status.
Lena’s rise to fame began when she participated in the talent show “Unser Star für Oslo,” a national competition organized to select Germany’s entry for the Eurovision Song Contest.
