Biography
Klavdia Papadopoulou, known professionally as Klavdia, is a Greek singer and songwriter born in 2002 in Aspropyrgos, Greece. She gained national recognition through her participation in The Voice of Greece in 2018, where she reached the finals as a member of Elena Paparizou’s team.
In 2020, Klavdia released her debut single, “Lonely Heart,” which resonated with the Greek audience and established her presence in the music industry. She is signed to Panik Records and collaborates with the music group Arcade, known for their work on Greece’s Eurovision entries in 2020 and 2021. Together, they have produced several successful singles, including “Haramata,” “Vasanizomai,” and “Magemena.”
In 2025, Klavdia was selected to represent Greece at the Eurovision Song Contest with her song “Asteromata.” The track blends modern sounds with rich ethnic elements and features Greek lyrics. Inspired by her Pontian Greek heritage, “Asteromata” addresses themes of displacement and the search for a better future amidst global conflict. Klavdia has expressed a personal connection to the song, noting that her family has experienced the emotions conveyed in the lyrics.
