Biography
Jean-Jacques is a former French singer. He represented Monaco in the Eurovision Song Contest 1969, at the age of 12, which makes him one of the youngest participants ever (in the 80’s the rule for minimum age 16 was implemented) After Eurovision he continued singing for a while, and released another single. In 1971 he quited his musical career.
