Biography

Jane Bogaert (born August 5, 1967 in Solothurn) is a Swiss singer, dancer, composer and model. She represented Switzerland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2000 in Stockholm, where she came 20th with the pop ballad La vita cos’è.

In 2010 Bogaert released her first solo album “Fifth Dimension” which was produced by Robert Papst in Bavaria. She was featured on this album by well-known artists such as John “Rhino” Edwards, bass (Status Quo), Bob Riney, bass, Matt Beck, Keys (Rod Stewart) and Charlie Morgan, drums (with Elton John and Tina Turner, among others) and Robert Pope, guitar, keys (dominoes) accompanied. Jeff Scott Soto and Joe Lynn Turner feature were guest singers on this album. 

Bogaert has worked with Lionel Richie, Eros Ramazzotti, Al Bano (Eurovision Song Contest 2000), Udo Lindenberg, Joe Lynn Turner and DJ BoBo, among others.

In the 2020 musical film “Jingle Jangle Journey: Abenteuerliche Weihnachten!” she took over the singing role from Lisa Davina Phillip.
