Biography
Annick Thoumazeau is a French singer. She was first noticed by her interpretation of introduction song of the tv-series “La Chambre des dames” after the work of Jeanne Bourin. It was shot in 1983 and broadcast for the first time on TF1 February 23, 1984 The song “Pour l’amour” written by Carola Pimper on music by Vladimir Cosma contributed to the success of this medieval series. In 1984, the same Vladimir Cosma wrote a song for her for the national selection of the Eurovision Song Contest. She won and thus represented France with the song “Autant d’amoureux que d’étoiles”. In 1985, she recorded the album “Mon ami bisounours”. in 1991, an album called “Soirs” appeared in South Korea with her Eurovision Song on it. Currently, Thoumazeau is a music teacher.
