After a 2 year break, which includes the cancelled contest of 2020, Montenegro is back in the Eurovision Song Contest. The country will be represented by 35 yo Vladana Vučinić. That is what Montenegrin broadcaster RTCG revealed today with a video you can watch here. Vladana started her career in
