Right before the actual draw happened, the mayor of last year’s host city Turin, Stefano Lo Russo, handed the Eurovision Key over to Joanne Anderson, the mayor of Liverpool. At first the Big Five including: United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, plus last year’s winner Ukraine have been drawn for in which Semi Final the opposing countries will vote in.
