Tonight the Lithuanian national final heats “Pabandom iš Naujo!” will continue with it’s 3rd heat. You can watch it here and here at 20.00 CET. 12 songs will compete; six out of them will go to one of the semifinals. The songs are: Basas Pegasas, “Ponai” Rūta Loop, “Call me from the cold” Vasha, “Nepaleidi” Geleibra, “Aš jaučiu tave” Vilija Matačiūnaitė, “Šimtas vienas” Emilija Valiukevičiūtė, “Overload” Gintarė Korsakaitė, “Fantasy eyes” Živilė Gedvilaitė, “Lioness” Monika Liu, “Sentimentai” Gebrasy, “Into your arms” Mėnulio fazė, “Give me a sign” Lolita Zero, “Not your mother” The songs and singers that go through to the final are in bold letters.   Gebrasy took part in the 2019 semifinal. In 2021 he became 2nd in the final.Lolita Zero was 4th in 2017.Rūta Loop reached the semifinals in 2018, in 2020 she reached the 4th place.Vilija Matačiūnaitė took part in 2005 (7th), 2014 (winner), 2017 (3rd heat). She represented Lithuania in the 2014 ESC but didn’t reach the final with “Attention”.Emilija Valiukevičiūtė reached the first heats in 2018 and the semifinals in 2019.Gintarė Korsakaitė took part in 2011 and 2013 (semifinal).Živilė Gedvilaitė reached the semifinal in 2018 and 2019.

Tonight is the night of 2nd semifinal of the Norwegian Melodi Grand Prix. You can follow the show here and here. It starts at 19.50 CET. Two times two songs will have a duel; both the winning songs will compete for 1 ticket to the final. One other song, that goes directly to the final, will be presented too. This week it will be Christian Ingebritsen singing “Wonder of the world”. The winners are in bold letters: First heat:Lily Löwe, “Bad baby” vs Steffen Jakobsen, “With me tonight” Second heat:Daniel Lukas, “Kvelertvak” vs Farida, “Dangerous” Final: Steffen Jakobsen, “With me tonight” vs Farida, “Dangerous” Christian Ingebritsen wrote and composed many songs for Melodi Grand Prix. This is the first time he sings in the contest.

Tonight EBU and RAI revealed the slogan and the logo of the2022 Eurovision Song Contest in Turin.  After “Dare to dream”, “Open up” and “Open up again”, the new slogan will be “The sound of beauty”. More details are not revealed yet, but will be revealed together with the staging design upcoming Monday. source: eurovision.tv

She represented Lithuania in 2018 with “When we’re old” and became 12th.Queens of Roses reached the quarterfinal in 2017 and the 4th heat in 2019.Cosmic Bride reached the quarterfinal in 2018.Justin3 took part in both 2017 and 2018. In both years, they stranded in the first heat.

She became 7th in the quarter final.Voldemars Petersons was involved in 2007 (6th in the quarter final), 2019 (11th in one of the first rounds), 2020 (same result as in 2019) and 2021 (3rd). Aldegunda became 8th in the 2019 semifinal and also 8th in the 2020 quarter final.Erica Jennings became 13th in the 2001 Eurovision Song Contest. As a member of the group Skamp she sang “You got style”. She did further attempts to go to Eurovision in 2016 (2nd) and 2019 (in dueth with Jurgis Did, 4th)

After a 2 year break, which includes the cancelled contest of 2020, Montenegro is back in the Eurovision Song Contest. The country will be represented by 35 yo Vladana Vučinić. That is what Montenegrin broadcaster RTCG revealed today with a video you can watch here. Vladana started her career in 2003 on a national karaoke show. Her song “Ostaćeš mi vječna ljubav” took part in the Budva Mediterrenean Festival. In 2005 and 2006 she took part in Montevizija, the Montenegrin national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest.
