Tonight, the second semifinal of the Icelandic national selection, Söngvakeppnin, will be aired. The show will be on at 20.45 CET and you can watch it here. 5 songs will compete, two will head to the final. After the show, a wildcard will be given to one of the songs from the two semifinals. The songs are: Hanna Mia & The Astrotourists, “Séns með þér” Katla, “Þaðan af” Markéta Irglová, “Mögulegt” Reykjavikurdætur, “Tökum af stað” Suncity & Sanna, “Hækkum í botn” The winners are in bold letters. The Swedish national selection Melodifestivalen will continue tonight with it’s semifinal, the heat that was previously called ‘andra chancen’.  The show will start at 20.00 CET and you can watch it here. From two groups, two songs each will be chosen to be added to the final. Malik Harris has won the German final for the Eurovision Song Contest tonight. He will sing the song “Rockstars”, written and composed by Malik himself, Marie Kobylka and Robin Karow. Germany 12 Points is the name of the 2022 German national selection. The show starts at 21:00 CET and you can watch it here and here. There are six contestants, the winner will be chosen by televoting only. The contestants are: 1 Rockstars Malik Harris 2 I swear to God Maël & Jonas 3 Alive Eros Atomus 4 Soap Emily Roberts 5 Anxiety Felicia Lu 6 Hallo Welt Nico Suave & Team Liebe Felicia Lu took part in the first heat in 2017.

Today, the Dutch entry “De diepte”, sung by S10, is presented. On december 7th last year, it was announced that S10 (pronounce: esteen), whose real name is Stien den Hollander, was chosen to represent the Netherlands at the Eurovision Song Contest in Turin. Today, S10 presented her song “De diepte”. It is the first Dutch entry sung in Dutch since 2010. Yesterday, a video in which Cesar Sampson, Duncan Laurence, Stefania and Jeangu Macrooy commented on the song already. Therefore, we already knew that it’s a sad song. This is the song itself:

As a soloist, Sanja took part in the 2020 semifinal.Bojana Mašković took part in the 2020 semifinal.Igor Simić was 3rd in the 2020 national final.Biber was 4th in 2018.Lift was 11th in 2020.

Famous band The Rasmus is chosen to represent Finland in the Eurovision Song Contest in Turin. The song “Jezebel” is written by Lauri Ylönen and the famous American composer Desmond Child.
