The results of Festival RTP da Canção are in. Out of 10 songs, six will go to the final on the 8th of March. The songs heading to the final are in bold letters. Five songs are chosen by a combined televote and jury, the 6th one by televote only.
Væb wins Söngvakeppnin in Iceland. The duo, excisting of Matthías Davíð Matthíasson and Hálfdán Helgi Matthíasson, will represent Iceland in the Eurovision Song Contest, this year in Basel.
